Mediterranean Bread Dip

INGREDIENTS
- Olive oil
- Balsamic glaze
- 1-2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp Kalamata olives, chopped
- Marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
- Fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 tsp harissa paste
- Chilli flakes, to taste
- Freshly shredded parmesan, to taste
- Flaky salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Sourdough bread, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic glaze, garlic, sundried tomatoes, olives, artichoke hearts, basil, harissa paste, chili flakes, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Allow the mixture to sit for 30 minutes, letting the flavors meld.
- Serve with slices of sourdough bread, and top with additional parmesan shavings if desired. Enjoy!
