Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup milk (your preference)
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp fresh turmeric (or 1 tsp ground turmeric)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (or 1/3 tsp ground ginger)
- 2 tbsp of sea moss
- 1-2 tsp of honey
Incorporate all the listed ingredients into a blender. Process for about 60 seconds on high speed or until it transforms into a luscious, creamy smoothie.
