Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup milk (your preference)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp fresh turmeric (or 1 tsp ground turmeric)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (or 1/3 tsp ground ginger)
  • 2 tbsp of sea moss
  • 1-2 tsp of honey

Incorporate all the listed ingredients into a blender. Process for about 60 seconds on high speed or until it transforms into a luscious, creamy smoothie.
