Oh I blended everything but decided to cheesecloth strain it for a smooth drink when ready. This is a perfect blend of healthy items needed for your body.
FYI*** No ingredient is wasted though. I’ve decided to save my pulp that was leftover and tomorrow I’m making almond flour carrot citrus muffins.
You can also do breads, breakfast ideas and savory goods with it.
